I have written 3 paragraphs of almost 1000 words

Expert Opinion needed: I have written 3 paragraphs of almost 1000 words that introduce my website and i have embed the main keywords in that paragraphs for Seo purpose that is my basic purpose. I have make a small scrolling div at the end of homepage above footer and paste that text in that div... My question is that whether i should use this text only on home page.. or I can use it on all pages... i mean below all posts in a small div above footer... If i use this text in all posts in a small scrolling div above foote.. there should be any problem with Google Uncle :) ;) like thin or auto Paraghraphs generated content etc ?
