How to Add Google Calendar in Blogger

What is Google Calendar?

How to add Google Calendar to your Blogger site:

Step#1: Getting Started with Google Calendar:
Firstly you need to go to Google Calendar and login with your Google account. If you don't have an account, create a new one. After logging in, your Google calendar account is ready to assist you in remembering any important events.

Step#2: Creating New events in Google Calendar:
To create new events on Google Calender, click on the “Create” button located at the top left corner of your screen. You can see the below screenshot for assistance.
Now you need to provide a few details about your event such as title, the starting and ending time/date, location and description of the event. You can also add attachments, customize the color, and etc. In order to display the calendar to the public, you need to select visibility as “Public”. Once you are done with customizing your event, press the “Save” button located at the top left side of your screen.  If everything is carried out perfectly, you have successfully created an event on Google Calendar.

Step#3: Embed Google Calendar in Blogger:
Go to Google Calendar, click the gear button located at the top right side of your screen and select “Settings”.
From the top menu, click the link "Calendar". Now from the list of the names of calendars you have created ,select the one which you would like to embed on your site.
Look for "Embed the Calendar" section, copy the iFrame code.
Go to Blogger >> Layout >> Add a Gadget >> Add HTML/JavaScript >> paste the copied code in the text area to display the Google calendar.
